By accessing or using NomadPilot ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use NomadPilot.
NomadPilot is an AI-powered travel planning and booking platform that helps users search for flights, plan itineraries, check visa requirements, and manage travel. We act as a technology intermediary connecting you with travel suppliers including airlines and other service providers through our partner Duffel Technologies Ltd.
NomadPilot is not a licensed travel agent. All flight bookings are fulfilled by airlines via Duffel, who acts as Merchant of Record for all payment transactions.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use NomadPilot. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@nomadpilot.app of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.
When you book a flight through NomadPilot, you are entering into a contract directly with the airline. NomadPilot facilitates this booking via Duffel Technologies Ltd, our accredited booking partner. The airline's own terms, conditions, and fare rules apply to your booking.
A service fee may be added to the airline's base fare to cover platform operations, 24/7 trip support, and disruption monitoring. This fee is displayed transparently before you complete any booking.
NomadPilot is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or other operational decisions made by airlines.
NomadPilot uses artificial intelligence to generate itineraries, provide travel recommendations, check visa requirements, and assist with trip planning. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.
You should independently verify all critical travel information including visa requirements, entry restrictions, health requirements, and flight details before travelling. NomadPilot does not accept liability for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.
Visa and entry requirement information provided by NomadPilot is for general guidance only and is sourced from third-party databases and AI models. This information may not be current or complete. Always verify requirements with the official embassy or consulate of your destination country before travelling. NomadPilot is not responsible for denied entry or visa refusals.

The Platform, including its design, code, content, trademarks, and AI models, is the property of NomadPilot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Your use of NomadPilot is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NomadPilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of service fees you paid to NomadPilot in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NomadPilot and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
